For the Windows Operating System The VoIPAnalyzer Tool has two prerequisites:
● Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.2 or more recent
● Microsoft VC redistributable 2015-2019
If the two prerequisites are installed then the VoIPAnalyzer Tool setup will detect this automatically.
In other cases the setup will install them automatically for you, so in normal conditions you don't have to worry about these prerequisites.
For the installation local administrator rights are necessary on the Windows platform.
In case you would like to install them anyway manually, here some information:
Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.2 or more recent
This Microsoft .NET framework is often by default already available on recent Windows Operating systems.
Webinstaller (smaller package, but Internet access needed during the installation):
Offline installer (larger package, but no Internet access needed during the installation):
Note that installing a Microsoft .NET framework more recent than version 4.7.2 is also allowed.
Advised is to download them directly from the original Microsoft website.
Microsoft Visual C++ (VC) redistributable 2015-2019
This Microsoft Visual C++ (VC) redistributable can be easily found on the Microsoft website e.g. at
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Advised is to download this directly from the original Microsoft website.
● Linux
The VoIP Analyzer Tool for Linux has following package dependencies :
● libc6-dev
● libgcc-s1
● libgdiplus or libgdiplus0
● xchm

● macOS
The VoIP Analyzer Tool for macOS has no dependencies.
